There are countless approaches to diet, dieting, weight-loss, muscle-gain, eating for health, eating for longevity, eating for fun, and the list just goes on and on.
Don't worry. This isn't another one. Here at Siddatech R&D, we're looking at diet, health and related topics from a different point of view altogether.
For us, the electrical aspects of the nervous system take precedence over the chemical ones in the sense that although there is a back-and-forth relationship between the two, the electrical side is "deeper" or one might say "causal" in the sense that it determines how the chemical will respond.
In terms of diet then, there are electrical considerations and there are chemical considerations.
Most "diets" or "diet plans" focus strictly on the chemical side of things: the intake of vitamins and minerals, ratios of proteins-carbohydrates-fats, enzyme degradation or preponderance and so on.
This chemical focus is almost exclusive and whole-heartedly ignores the electrical side of the equation: thoughts, ideas, beliefs, feelings and all of the above in their toxic, unexamined state which we term stress.
The rabid, banana-eating monkeys at Siddatech R&D, however, acknowledge the chemical but understand the electrical to be primary.
In order to build a viable building you first need clear blueprints. Once those are established, you need a construction crew and good building materials.
First, the blueprint: the electrical and magnetic fields of the nervous system. Secondly, the construction crew: the cells engaged in dynamic homeostasis.
Finally, the building materials: the nutrients of air, water and food.
